Misuse of Services and Fair Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities Users are expected to use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose. Any misuse, manipulation, or exploitation of the platform, including but not limited to exploiting bugs, loopholes, or unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited.

2. Consequences of Misuse

• Accounts found to be engaged in misuse, cheating, or manipulation of the system may be subject to immediate suspension or permanent banning.

• Any items, vouchers, or rewards obtained through such actions will be subject to revocation at our sole discretion, including those already redeemed or purchased in the shop.

• We reserve the right to pursue additional remedies as permitted by law.

• Multiple accounts per user are not permitted, with only one account per device allowed.

3. Reporting Vulnerabilities Users who identify bugs or vulnerabilities in the system are encouraged to report them to us immediately. Doing so will not only help maintain the integrity of the platform.

Tax Responsibility & Prize Payments

All prizes are subject to applicable tax laws based on the winner’s country of residence. Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes required by law. Wunderfan will not be liable for any tax obligations resulting from prize winnings.

1. Overview

The Wunderfan Pick 'Em Contests provide users with a fun and free way to engage with sporting events while earning Wunder, our in-app loyalty points system. Users participate by selecting the winner of designated games. Correct selections earn additional Wunder, which can be redeemed within the Wunderfan app.

This contest is not gambling—there is no real money involved, no odds, and no purchase necessary to participate.

2. How It Works

  • Each week, users can enter Pick 'Ems by selecting the winner of a specified sporting event.

  • Entry into a Pick 'Em requires a small amount of Wunder (usually 10 Wunder).

  • Users receive 50 Wunder just for completing their profile, ensuring everyone has the ability to participate.

  • If a user correctly picks the winner, they will receive additional Wunder (typically between 20-100 Wunder, with most contests awarding 40-50 Wunder).

  • All picks must be made before the game starts. Once a game begins, picks are locked, and users cannot modify their selections.

  • Wunder rewards for correct picks are credited to user accounts by Sunday of each week.

3. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 16 years old or meet the minimum age requirement in their jurisdiction.

  • The Pick 'Em Contests are available only where permitted by law. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with any applicable local regulations.

  • Wunderfan reserves the right to restrict participation or modify eligibility requirements at any time.

4. No Purchase Necessary

  • Participation in the Pick 'Em Contests does not require payment or real-money transactions.

  • Wunder is a loyalty-based reward and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

5. Fair Play & Integrity

  • Users may only submit one entry per contest. Any attempt to create multiple accounts or manipulate results will result in disqualification.

  • Wunderfan reserves the right to void suspicious or fraudulent entries at its sole discretion.

  • If a game is postponed or canceled, the Pick 'Em for that event may be voided, and no Wunder will be awarded.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to Pick 'Em results or Wunder rewards should be directed to Wunderfan Customer Support via in-app chat.

  • Wunderfan will review disputes and make a final decision within 48 hours of submission.

  • The decision of Wunderfan is final and binding in all matters related to contest outcomes.

7. General Terms & Conditions

  • Wunderfan reserves the right to modify or discontinue Pick 'Em Contests at any time without prior notice.

  • Users acknowledge that participation in Pick 'Ems is for entertainment and engagement purposes only.

  • By participating, users agree to abide by these rules and any additional terms outlined within the Wunderfan app.

  • Neither Apple, Google, nor any other third party is involved in the contests or sweepstakes. Only Wunderfan administers and operates them.
